My mother grew up in the house that once belonged to Mr. Holding. She said it used to be the post office and there was a slot in the door of the back bedroom where they mailed the letters. When they moved in, the post office moved out. My 12-year-old grandson is doing some research on the town for a school project. My mother has some old pictures of the house. I was wondering where we could find any more information on the history of the town. My mother’ memory is not real good anymore. Thank you! Candice Reyes.
